As SEI’s Birthday Present, Blankspot’s USO BTS Monitoring Dashboard Wins Awards
Jakarta (05/12/23), held at the Dian Ballroom, Raffles Hotel Jakarta, a leading IT award event was held, the Top Digital Awards 2023 was held as an award event to provide recognition to companies and management in implementing and utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to improve performance, competitiveness and services.
The Top Digital Awards successfully became the best gift for PT Surya Energi Indotama or familiarly called SEI which on that occasion managed to bring home three award trophies at once.
Previously, the SEI Team led by the Director of Engineering and Operations, Fajar Miftahul Falah, Manager of Operation & Maintenance, Yana Rudiana, IT Operation & Maintenance, Rachman Ginanjar, and Corporate Communication, Amy Elva had passed the final judging process. The material raised in the judging session was the BTS (Base Tranceiver Station) USO (Universal Service Obligation) Blankspot Monitoring Dashboard which had successfully stolen the attention of the Jury.
The BTS (Base Tranceiver Station) USO (Universal Service Obligation) Blankspot Monitoring Dashboard operates actively for 24 hours every day in a special room called the Network Operation Center, which is a centralized place where the Company's Information Technology (IT) administrators carry out monitoring, supervision and control efforts especially for the BTS Project which has been spread across 516 points in the blankspot or 3T (Disadvantaged, Frontier, Outermost) areas.
For its achievements, SEI managed to bring home trophies and awards for the Top Digital Implementation 2023 Level Star 4 category, Top Dashboard Monitoring BTS USO Blankspot 2023, and a special award to Fajar Miftahul Falah who was selected as the Top Leader Digital Implementation 2023.
"This award is solely the achievement of the entire team at SEI who have worked hard and smart in building a monitoring system that supports service performance to customers. By winning this award, it also increases the enthusiasm to continue upgrading the existing system so that it is better, more reliable, and safer," said Fajar Miftahul Falah. Similar to what was conveyed by the Expert Staff of the Minister for Economic, Social and Cultural Affairs of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia, R Wijaya Kusumawardhani who stated that the Current Digital Economy Trend continues to increase and the government will continue to support the acceleration of digital transformation as one of the preparations in entering the era of the fourth industrial revolution (industry 4.0) so that all groups are expected to continue to provide the best service and collaborate with each other.**
