Hosting Townhall Meeting, SEI Establishes 6 Strategic Pillars for RKAP 2026

Bandung (09/02/2026) – Kicking off the new year, SEI successfully hosted its 2026 Townhall Meeting. Held at SEI’s office, this event was attended by the Board of Directors, Executive Management, Senior Management, and all SEI employees with great enthusiasm.

This year’s Townhall serves as a crucial milestone for evaluating the company’s achievements throughout 2025, as well as refining operational strategies in order to boost productivity and achieve the ambitious targets set for 2026.

In their presentation, the Board of Directors shared the 2025 performance results, which serve as a solid foundation for the company’s future growth. Furthermore, the main focus of the event was to align all company divisions in enhancing operational effectiveness, ensuring that the 2026 Work Plan and Budget (WP&B) targets are achieved to their maximum potential. 

Serving as the organization’s compass for the upcoming year, SEI officially established its 6 Strategic Pillars, carrying the grand theme “Consistency and Collaboration for Better Achievements” :

During his presentation, SEI’s President Director, I Made Sandika Dwiantara, emphasized the vital importance of disciplined execution regarding the established plans.

 “Our Success is determined not only by a great strategy, but by our consistency in executing that plan and the strength of solid cross-divisional collaboration,” I Made Sandika asserted.

Armed with a steadfast commitment to consistency and collaboration, SEI remains highly optimistic that 2026 will elevate the company to even higher levels of achievement.
