Consistency in Quality, SEI Retains ISO 9001:2015 Certification
Bandung (05/02/2026) - SEI retains its commitment to managing quality standards of company operations. Through two days of audit activity in SEI office, the company officially declared that they successfully retained ISO 9001:2015 certification through surveillance auditing from the year before.
ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard for Quality Management System. This standard assigns criteria for organizations to confirm that their product and service consistently meet customer needs and ensure continuous improvement. For SEI, this audit is not only an administrative routine but also an instrument for validating the management effectiveness amidst the dynamics of the renewable energy business.
The event commenced on the first day with an opening session, followed by document audits and field observations (04/02), which then continued onto the second day, concluding with the closing ceremony (05/02). This audit was led by Andri Prasetyo, an auditor from the international certification body, Worldwide Quality Assurance (WQA).
Some of the divisions that are involved in the audit process as an auditee, including
- Quality Management Representative (QMR)
- Human Capital & Business Support (HCBS)
- Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Commercial Sales
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)

Based on the audit result, Andri Prasetyo stated that no non-comformities were found in the implementation of SEI’s Quality Management System. However, auditors emphasize the importance of continuous improvement that is adapted to current business conditions.
In the report, Andri gave special appreciation to the shown progress of SEI. He points out that the input from the audit years before has been well implemented, especially through digitalization action.
“I highly appreciate that the feedback from the previous year has been addressed with tangible improvements. SEI has now digitized its operations through the internally developed SEI Office dashboard. This innovation significantly streamlines employees’ daily operations,” said Andri Prasetyo.
Responding to the positive results, SEI’s Director of Technical and Operations, Ridwan Kurnia, stated that this achievement is important momentum for the company to continue growing and strengthen these cross-collaborations.
“This is our time to thrive and work together with every element, driven by confidence we have in our quality, capabilities, and services,” stated Ridwan in the closing session.
But Ridwan is also giving criticism notes to all levels of management. He reminds that the action plan that has been designed after the audit doesn't stop at the level of documentation.
“Do not let the action plan from these audit results be only a formality. We need to stay focused on the value creation. This standard should be the core in every process of our business," he said.
By retaining the ISO 9001:2015 certification, SEI further solidifies its position as a renewable energy pioneer that prioritizes professional governance and global standards.”
