Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Surya Energi Indotama

SEInergi Friends, to improve the Company's performance, especially the performance of the Board of Commissioners of PT Surya Energi Indotama, the structure of the Board of Commissioners has been completed by Syahrial as an Independent Commissioner of SEI.

The letter of appointment of members of the Board of Commissioners of SEI was directly submitted by Bobby Rasyidin as the President Director of PT Len Industri (Persero) as the majority shareholder of SEI along with other BOD ranks accompanied by the President Director of PT Eltran Indonesia, Dewayana Agung Nugroho as the Minority Shareholder of SEI witnessed by the Acting President Director, I Made Sandika Dwiantara and the Director of Engineering and Operations Fajar Miftahul Falah.

The agenda continued with a Company area plant tour session and closed with an introduction of all SEI management and employees.
