Strengthening Corporate Governance, SEI Conducts GCG Assessment Exit Meeting with BPKP West Java

Bandung (10/02/2026) — As a form of a real commitment in strengthening corporate governance that is transparent and accountable, SEI successfully hosted the Exit Meeting Assessment Good Corporate Governance (GCG) for the 2024 Financial Year.

This event was attended in person by Head of West Java BPKP, Ikhwan Mulyawan, along with his team of auditors. From the shareholder perspective, President Director of Len, Prof. Joga Dharma Setiawan, attended virtually, accompanied by other members of the Board of Directors and Management.

 The Board of Commissioners of SEI, represented by Syahrial, also followed the meeting virtually. Meanwhile, SEI’s Board of Directors attended in person, led directly by the President Director of SEI, I Made Sandika Dwiantara, alongside relevant directors and management.

The 2024 Financial Year Assessment GCG is referring to The Regulation of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) No. PER-2/MBU/03/2023 on Guidelines for Governance and Significant Corporate Activities of SOEs, alongside internal corporate provisions that regulate the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness.

The GCG Assessment was conducted independently by BPKP West Java based on an official assignment letter dated from December 2025 to January 2026. The primary objectives of this assessment were to:

• Evaluate the implementation level of GCG principles across all corporate organs, including Shareholders / General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), the Board of Commissioners, and the Board of Directors.
• Measure the effectiveness of the company’s structures, processes, and management mechanisms in supporting the achievement of strategic goals.
• Identify areas requiring reinforcement and improvement within the framework of corporate governance.
• Provide actionable recommendations for improvement as part of ongoing efforts to sustainably enhance governance quality.

The evaluation process employed a rigorous methodology, ranging from comprehensive document review and in-depth interviews to compliance testing of relevant policy implementation.

The assessment results are expected to provide an objective overview of the maturity level of GCG implementation within the company. Furthermore, they will serve as a baseline for management and stakeholders in formulating a governance improvement strategy based on the identified “Area of Improvement" ultimately supporting sustainable corporate performance.

SEI Encourages Indonesia-China Clean Energy Strategic Collaboration Through High-Level Forum in Beijing

Beijing (10/06/2025) — In the momentum of 75 years of diplomatic relations between Indonesia and China, PT Surya Energi Indotama (SEI) affirmed its commitment to contribute to accelerating the energy transition and developing the green industry in Indonesia. This commitment was conveyed directly by the President Director of SEI who is also the general chairman of the Indonesian Solar Module Products Association (APAMSI), I Made Sandika Dwiantara, in the High-Level Dialogue forum: Advancing Indonesia-China Cooperation on Clean Energy and Green Development held in Beijing, China.

The forum, organized by the Institute for Essential Services Reform (IESR) with the support of the Indonesian Embassy in China, the BRI Green Development Coalition (BRIGC), the World Resources Institute (WRI) China, and the Chinese Renewable Energy Industries Association (CREIA), brought together strategic stakeholders from both countries to discuss concrete steps to accelerate the clean energy transition, address global climate challenges, and strengthen bilateral partnerships.

The forum is also part of a series of Indonesia-China Exchange Visit activities, which were held to coincide with the 18th SNEC PV Power Expo in Shanghai, China.

In his presentation, SEI President Director, I Made Sandika Dwiantara said that strengthening Indonesia-China cooperation must focus on long-term collaborative strategies that have a real impact on economic and environmental development. He proposed five main pillars of collaboration, including

1. Development of Integrated Industrial Areas
2. Strategic Partnerships
3. Government Incentives
4. Human Resource Development
5. Strengthening Research and Innovation

This can be the key to strengthening competitiveness and encouraging sustainable national industrial growth. Not only that, Made emphasized that Indonesia needs partners who have a vision in line with sustainable development in Indonesia.

"Indonesia needs partners who not only have technological capabilities, but also a vision in line with building a sustainable energy future. SEI is ready to be a concrete bridge of collaboration with the Chinese industrial sector," said Made in front of forum participants.

As a national renewable energy developer company that has been active for more than a decade, SEI continues to expand its role in the field of Solar Power Plants (PLTS), battery energy storage systems, electrification of remote areas, and the development of similar products in other renewable energy fields. SEI's participation in this international forum reflects the company's position as a trusted partner in Indonesia's clean energy transformation.

By bringing a collaborative approach, SEI hopes to strengthen Indonesia's position as a center for the green energy industry in the Southeast Asia region and encourage the achievement of national decarbonization targets more effectively.

SEI’s Excitement Commemorates Indonesia’s Anniversary

The celebration of competitions and entertainment to commemorate the 78th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia was successfully held at PT. Surya Energi Indotama (SEI), Thursday (17/8/2023). This event was attended by the Board of Directors and employees of SEI. Carrying the theme "SEINDEPENDENCE DAY: With the Spirit of Independence, SEI Unites Steps to Realize Togetherness", the festive atmosphere has been felt since the beginning of August where various competitions have begun to be held.
This year's Independence Day commemoration, the first company to carry out a flag ceremony which is usually often held at the parent company, PT Len Industri (Persero), acting as ceremony officers are all structural officials of the company. The ceremony began at 07.30 WIB, acting as the Ceremony Instructor was the Senior Executive General Manager of Sales, Marketing and Business Development, Ridwan Kurnia in the mandate session conveyed his gratitude for the independence of the Indonesian nation. The Indonesian flag-raising procession took place solemnly accompanied by the national anthem followed by the reading of the proclamation text.

Before moving on to the next series of events, a coffee break was held with various types of food and drinks that are identical to "people's snacks" such as bajigur, kue cubit, tahu gejrot, bakso malang, es cendol, etc. which can be enjoyed by employees for free.
Stepping into the peak event which was filled with the celebration of typical "Agustusan" competitions such as krupuk eating races, sack races, tug of war, etc. which were followed enthusiastically by all employees. Management hopes that the implementation of this activity can be a means of solidifying SEI employees.
The event was closed with the announcement of the winners with prizes from several competitions that had been held, SEINDEPENDENCE DAY SUCCESSFUL!.**
